DraftPadの場合は、「https://www.evernote.com/mobile/MobileSetup.action?noRedirect=true&query=<a>」とすれば、一発でノート検索できます。
検索ハブは持っていないのですが、「https://www.evernote.com/mobile/MobileSetup.action?noRedirect=true&query=_Q_」でどうでしょう？
